These new blocks of waterfront community will become part of a fenceless pedestrian-friendly location that was announced by the Singapore government in 2013. In 2030, there will be around 4,000 newly built housing units. The former Kallang Gasworks’ soil treatment work site stared last November 2018 and will be ready to conclude in July 2022.
